Job description

At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio.

We are currently looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented Partnership Manager to join one of our clients' teams. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.


Responsibilities:

  • Actively hunt for new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on acquiring new SOHO customers

  • Execute structured sales roadmaps and daily/weekly field plans, ensuring maximum territory coverage

  • Plan and perform regular roadtrips and on-site visits to identify prospects, generate leads, and close deals

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through continuous prospecting and networking

  • Establish and develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and acquisition goals

  • Promote and sell the full portfolio of company products and services to both new and existing customers

  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored telecom solutions aligned with business requirements

  • Ensure consistent follow-up and conversion of leads into sales

  • Maintain high levels of professionalism, integrity, and customer experience during all sales interactions

  • Prepare and present weekly sales performance reports, pipeline status, and action plans

Job requirements

  • University Degree in a related field (Business or Marketing will be considered an advantage)

  • Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, or customer acquisition roles will be considered a strong advantage

  • Strong hunter mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach

  • Ability to plan and execute structured field activity (roadmaps & roadtrips)

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in the field

  • Basic knowledge or strong interest in telecom solutions

  • Highly organized, resilient, and target-oriented professional

  • Clean driving license (company car provided)

  • Fluent in Greek and English
