Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Pipeline Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends

  • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and digital channels

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

  • Conduct initial client meetings and presentations

  • Understand client needs and pain points to propose tailored solutions

  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales Engineers to develop technical proposals

  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution positioning

  • Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns

  • Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO on pipeline status and market insights

Business Development

  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

  • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances

  • Contribute to pricing strategies and proposal development

  • Support contract negotiations and closing processes


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience in account management, business development, or sales

  • Proven track record in lead generation and pipeline building

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Technical Flair (Preferred)

  • Basic understanding of technical products/services

  • Ability to comprehend and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience working with technical teams (Engineers, Product Managers)

  • Background in technology, engineering, or technical sales is advantageous
