Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and digital channels
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Conduct initial client meetings and presentations
Understand client needs and pain points to propose tailored solutions
Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation
Collaboration & Coordination
Work hand-in-hand with Sales Engineers to develop technical proposals
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution positioning
Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO on pipeline status and market insights
Business Development
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Develop strategic partnerships and alliances
Contribute to pricing strategies and proposal development
Support contract negotiations and closing processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Experience in account management, business development, or sales
Proven track record in lead generation and pipeline building
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Technical Flair (Preferred)
Basic understanding of technical products/services
Ability to comprehend and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience working with technical teams (Engineers, Product Managers)
Background in technology, engineering, or technical sales is advantageous
