Job description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Paid Ads Specialist to lead our client’s digital advertising efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of performance marketing, media buying, and campaign optimization to drive measurable results. This role involves managing large-scale PPC campaigns, utilizing advanced analytics tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our client’s online presence and ROI. The Senior Paid Ads Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping digital marketing strategy, ensuring effective budget allocation, and maximizing conversions through innovative advertising solutions.

You’ll work within an established team, collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and account leads to ensure ads don’t just perform, they drive real business results. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands numbers and people, and knows how to turn data into decisions. You’ll be trusted to manage 5 figure budgets per month, identify growth opportunities, test aggressively, and scale what works, while maintaining performance efficiency across diverse client accounts.

Job requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (non-negotiable)

  • Proven track record of creating, managing, and scaling campaigns profitably (non-negotiable)

  • Case Studies must be provided (non-negotiable)

  • Experience handling multiple client accounts and 5 figure ad budgets per month

  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, funnels, and KPIs

  • Ability to align ad strategy with client goals and broader business targets

  • Ability to evaluate and guide creative performance (hooks, formats, messaging, UGC, video ads)

  • Confident in analysing data, spotting trends, and making performance-led decisions

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently

  • EU-based and fluent in English

  • Experience working in a performance-driven or agency environment (bonus)

  • TikTok Ads experience (bonus)

  • Experience:

    • Facebook Advertising: 3 years (required)

    • Google Ads: 2 years (required)


Compensation includes a base salary with performance-based incentives.
