At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 1–2 years of experience in Dubai's real estate sector to join our growing team. This role goes beyond traditional accounting - you'll be a strategic partner in financial planning, compliance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and timely financial records in line with UAE accounting standards and legal requirements.

  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and forecasts to support executive decision‑making.

  • Oversee daily transaction reconciliations, including accounts payable and receivable.

Payroll & Expense Management

  • Manage payroll processing with full compliance to WPS regulations.

  • Handle employee reimbursements while ensuring adherence to internal controls.

  • Track departmental budgets and recommend cost‑efficiency improvements.

  • Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

  • Lead VAT filings and tax return submissions in accordance with UAE tax laws.

  • Stay updated on Dubai’s financial and real estate regulations and integrate changes into company policies.

  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies and external auditors during audits and reviews.

  • Banking & Cash Flow Management

  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain clear visibility of cash flow.

  • Ensure financial liquidity through proactive monitoring and forecasting.

Strategic Financial Collaboration

  • Work closely with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Provide insights and guidance on investments, new ventures, and expansion initiatives.

  • AML & Compliance Leadership

  • Develop and implement AML policies, procedures, and internal controls.

  • Establish and operationalize the AML & Compliance function in line with international best practices.

  • Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance training sessions.

  • Monitor and escalate suspicious transactions as per regulatory requirements.

  • Act as the primary liaison with compliance authorities and internal stakeholders.

Job requirements

  • Experience:* 2+ years in Dubai Real Estate (mandatory)

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce

  • Languages: Turkish and Arabic preferred; English is mandatory
