At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 1–2 years of experience in Dubai's real estate sector to join our growing team. This role goes beyond traditional accounting - you'll be a strategic partner in financial planning, compliance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
Maintain accurate and timely financial records in line with UAE accounting standards and legal requirements.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and forecasts to support executive decision‑making.
Oversee daily transaction reconciliations, including accounts payable and receivable.
Payroll & Expense Management
Manage payroll processing with full compliance to WPS regulations.
Handle employee reimbursements while ensuring adherence to internal controls.
Track departmental budgets and recommend cost‑efficiency improvements.
Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
Lead VAT filings and tax return submissions in accordance with UAE tax laws.
Stay updated on Dubai’s financial and real estate regulations and integrate changes into company policies.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies and external auditors during audits and reviews.
Banking & Cash Flow Management
Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain clear visibility of cash flow.
Ensure financial liquidity through proactive monitoring and forecasting.
Strategic Financial Collaboration
Work closely with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with business goals.
Provide insights and guidance on investments, new ventures, and expansion initiatives.
AML & Compliance Leadership
Develop and implement AML policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Establish and operationalize the AML & Compliance function in line with international best practices.
Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance training sessions.
Monitor and escalate suspicious transactions as per regulatory requirements.
Act as the primary liaison with compliance authorities and internal stakeholders.
Job requirements
Experience:* 2+ years in Dubai Real Estate (mandatory)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
Languages: Turkish and Arabic preferred; English is mandatory
