Key Responsibilities
Strategic Market Expansion
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for Europe,aligning with organizational goals.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, customerneeds, and competitive dynamics across the regions.
Partnership Development
• Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with Banks, PSPs (APIs & EMIs), Fintechs, and other relevant financial institutions who are licensed to offer crossborder payment services
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate seamlesscollaboration and mutual growth.
Revenue Growth
• Drive revenue generation by acquiring new clients, expanding market share, andcross-selling products and services.
• Ensure the achievement of sales targets and performance objectives for each region.

Job requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance,Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience:
• At least 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles within thefinancial services, fintech, or cross-border payments sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding businesses in Europe.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the cross-border payments ecosystem, including trends, challenges, and key players in the target regions.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in Europe.
Key Competencies
• Strong existing relationships with PSPs (APIs, EMIs), Fintechs & Banks in Europe & UK, preferably in their correspondent network department
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt to diverse business environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the regions.
