At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio.

We are currently looking for a dedicated Regional Sales Manager to join one of our clients' teams. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.


What you will do

  • Win new customers. This is the first priority: prospect, qualify and close new business across Italy's manufacturing industry.

  • Sell consultatively. Understand each customer's business case before bringing in technical resources.

  • Grow the existing base. Drive renewals, additional seats and modules, and win back lapsed customers

  • Lead the market with our partners. Work partners, and take accountability for results across the whole Italian market.

  • Make customers productive fast. Coordinate technical presales and implementation with technical teams, and build local technical capability as the business grows.

  • Run the business on data. Manage pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.

Job requirements

  • A proven track record of winning new B2B customers in CAD/CAM, CNC, machine tools or industrial software in Italy.

  • Experience selling technical solutions to manufacturing companies, directly and through channel partners.

  • Solid pipeline and CRM discipline.

  • Fluent Italian and English.

  • A hands-on, autonomous way of working, and willingness to travel extensively within Italy

  • An advantage: an engineering or manufacturing background; an existing network in the Italian machining industry; experience building or leading a team
