Job description

At TechBiz Global we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are seeking a Junior Project Planner to join our client’s team in Athens, supporting the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of infrastructure and construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and work programs.

  • Support project teams in planning, progress monitoring, and schedule reporting activities.

  • Update project schedules and track project performance against established baselines.

  • Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and planning-related documentation.

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to collect and verify project progress data.

  • Identify schedule deviations and support the development of recovery and mitigation plans.

  • Participate in project control and planning meetings.

  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of planning and scheduling activities.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in project planning, project controls, construction, or engineering projects.

  • Working knowledge of MS Project is required.

  • Familiarity with Primavera P6 will be considered a strong asset.

  • Understanding of project scheduling principles and construction project lifecycles.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

  • Excellent command of both Greek and English languages (written and spoken).

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a professional project controls environment.
