Key Responsibilities

● Lead and manage the pre-sales team across hardware and software solutioning.

● Partner with sales teams to develop winning strategies for enterprise opportunities.

● Own solution architecture, proposal development, and RFP responses

● Work closely with the product and engineering teams to have a hold of the products features and technology

● Work closely with the partner network on BOQ and solutions for the end client

● Conduct executive-level presentations, demonstrations, and workshops.

● Ensure successful execution of POCs and technical evaluations.

● Build relationships with customers, consultants, channel partners, and system integrators.

● Drive competitive analysis and solution positioning.

● Work closely with product and engineering teams to align customer needs with product roadmap

.● Establish pre-sales processes, documentation standards, and best practices

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.

  • 8-10 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales.

  • Experience in access control, physical security, IoT, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions

  • Strong leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • .Proven experience managing large enterprise opportunities and RFPs

  • Ability to engage with CXOs, IT leaders, facility heads, and security teams.
