Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Sales position at Kuala Lumpur The Pre Sales role involves tasks such as consulting with clients, providing customer service, engaging in pre-sales activities, and leveraging analytical skills to understand client needs.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise
Deep understanding of data engineering, data science, machine learning, and AI technologies of around 3 to 5 years.
Proficiency in data platforms, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data and AI services.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify potential opportunities.
Conduct technical presentations and demos to showcase the value of data and AI solutions.
Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to specific client needs.
Address technical questions and objections from potential clients.
Solution Design:Architect and design data and AI solutions that align with client business objectives
Create technical roadmaps and implementation plans.
Conduct proof-of-concepts to validate solution feasibility and performance.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Provide ongoing technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong technical background in data and AI technologies, especially AWS
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in a presales or consulting role.
A passion for technology and a desire to learn.
Additional Considerations:
Industry Experience: Experience in specific industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, retail) can be advantageous.
Certifications: Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, data science, machine learning) can enhance credibility.
