Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure issues
Set up and maintain user devices, accounts, and access controls
Administer systems including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Google Firebase
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, backups, and patching
Document support procedures, system changes, and asset inventory
Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and compliance initiatives
Requirements:
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms
Experience with helpdesk tools, remote support, and basic networking
Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure) and system administration
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and escalate when needed
