We are currently seeking a In-Year Segmentation & Parenting Operations to join one of our clients' teams. Key Responsibilities

In-Year Segmentation Management

• Review and process in-year segmentation requests in accordance with approved business rules.

• Validate eligibility, supporting evidence, and policy compliance for all submitted requests.

• Assess segmentation impacts and ensure requests meet established thresholds and governance requirements.

• Escalate complex or exception-based cases for appropriate review and approval.

Parenting & Enrollment Remap Operations

• Manage customer parenting corrections and enrollment remap requests.

• Validate customer hierarchy structures and revenue attribution impacts.

• Review account relationships to ensure correct ownership and reporting alignment.

• Execute approved changes within established service level agreements (SLAs).

Case Management & Quality Assurance

• Maintain accurate case records and audit-ready documentation.

• Review supporting documentation including proof of alignment, proof of execution, account ownership evidence, and system validations.

• Perform quality reviews to ensure consistency and compliance across all requests.

• Identify and resolve data discrepancies or policy conflicts.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Sales Operations, Business Sales Operations (BSO), Finance, GSOC, and regional stakeholders.

• Communicate case status, findings, and recommendations to requestors and business partners.

• Support policy interpretation discussions and exception reviews.

• Participate in operational reviews, office hours, and governance discussions.

Reporting & Analytics

• Monitor request volume, backlog health, turnaround times, and SLA performance.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.

• Analyze trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Support operational planning and business reviews with data-driven insights.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

• Support automation initiatives and system enhancements.

• Contribute to testing, user acceptance validation, and deployment of new tools and capabilities.

• Assist with process documentation and standardization efforts.

Knowledge Management

• Maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.

• Support onboarding and training of new team members.

• Share best practices and lessons learned with the broader operations team

Job requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets

  • Very detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable following defined business rules/policies

  • Experience in operations / business operations / sales operations / customer account operations

  • Experience handling account segmentation, customer/account hierarchy, ownership structures, or reporting alignment

  • Ability to validate requests against eligibility criteria, supporting evidence, policies, and governance requirements

  • Experience with case management and maintaining accurate, audit-ready documentation

  • Strong data quality / validation skills identifying discrepancies, incorrect mappings, hierarchy issues, or policy conflicts

  • Ability to manage work against SLAs, turnaround times, and operational deadlines

  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, especially Sales Operations, Finance, Business Operations, or similar teams

  • Strong written/verbal communication for explaining case status, findings, recommendations, and exceptions
