Job description
At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and proactive HR & Government Relations Manager. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our corporate culture and UAE local regulations, ensuring seamless operations in visa processing, labor law compliance, and employee management.
Key Responsibilities:
Visa, Quota & Government Relations (PRO Oversight):
Full ownership of MOHRE and GDRFA portals for visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Strategic management of Work Quotas, ensuring the company never faces delays due to systemic limits.
Ensuring all legal documents (Trade License, Ejari, Power of Attorney) are updated and ready for government submissions.
2. Payroll & Compliance (WPS Management):
Error-free management of the Wage Protection System (WPS) to prevent any system blockages or fines.
Ensuring all employment contracts are issued correctly in both English and Arabic as per UAE standards.
Staying up-to-date with the latest UAE Labour Law updates and advising the management accordingly.
3. HR Operations & Turkish Headquarters Coordination:
Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for a diverse workforce.
Calculating End of Service (EOS) benefits and other legal entitlements accurately.
Job requirements
Language: English (Mandatory). Arabic knowledge is a significant advantage.
Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of HR management experience specifically in the UAE (Mainland experience preferred).
Legal Expertise: In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and government electronic systems (Tasheel, Amer, etc.).
Problem-Solving: A proven track record of resolving complex visa/quota issues and handling government inspections.
Cultural Fit: Experience working with international environments; understanding the pace and expectations of a dynamic business.
