We are currently in search of a highly motivated HR and Recruitment Team Lead to join our esteemed HR department.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team, setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring performance targets are met.

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across departments.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

  • Train, mentor, and support recruitment team members to help them grow professionally.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring progress and team performance.

  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a solid track record of successful hires.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a team lead or managerial position.

  • Proven experience growing from an individual recruiter into a leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interview processes, and employer branding.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English is required.
