• Design, develop, and optimize low-power electronic systems for battery-operated devices, ensuring performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.

• Develop and validate hardware interfaces and communication protocols including SPI, I²C, UART, Ethernet, and RS-485.

• Collaborate closely with firmware, software, mechanical engineering, and supply chain teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.

• Drive hardware verification, validation, and reliability testing activities, including thermal, vibration, humidity, burn-in, and environmental testing.

• Manage product compliance and certification activities, ensuring adherence to CE, FCC, UL, EMI/EMC, and RoHS standards.

• Lead hardware debugging and failure analysis efforts using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other laboratory equipment to identify and resolve technical issues.

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on field and production failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Support manufacturing and production teams by resolving design-related issues and improving product quality and yield.

• Maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, design records, test reports, and traceability documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and engineering guidance to cross-functional teams and junior engineers where required.

• Contribute to product roadmap discussions and technical decision-making to support business and customer requirements.
