Job Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Operations

  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities (sales, projects, consulting engagements, partnerships).

  • Conduct market research and analysis for assigned projects and provide management with findings and recommendations.

  • Maintain consistent application of the brand standards to enhance the organization’s credibility and image.

  • Expand the organization's brand in new markets (e.g., KSA).

Strategic/Technical

  • Build and sustain professional relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

  • Identify and develop complementary opportunities within the organization and its partners.

  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners.

Operational

  • Gather and manage business requirements to meet customer needs.

  • Conduct gap analyses and develop value propositions.

  • Assist in preparing responses to RFPs and crafting account-specific solutions.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and prioritize opportunities.

  • Analyze markets, prioritize targets, and align objectives to grow business.

Continuous Improvement

  • Motivate team members and implement best practices and change initiatives.

Policy and Procedures

  • Suggest improvements to departmental policies while ensuring compliance with procedures and legislative requirements.

Other Assignments

  • Perform additional duties as required.

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience

  • 12–15 years in marketing, sales, or business development.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia (preferred).

  • Background in IT, high-tech, and services (national/international organizations).

Skills

  • Expertise in sales, negotiation, and strategy.

  • Strong communication and commercial awareness.

  • Resilience, self-motivation, and ability to work in competitive environments.

  • Team collaboration and independent working capabilities.

  • Knowledge of the local market (preferred).

Behavioral Competencies

  • Drives vision, communication with impact, planning and organization, customer centricity, and collaboration.
