Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to take ownership of our technology and AI strategy. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with strong expertise in AI, machine learning, and SaaS architecture, who can guide the company through its next stage of growth. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll be responsible for setting the technical direction, overseeing the product development lifecycle, and managing a growing tech team.

Key Responsibilities:
Technology Leadership: Lead the overall technology strategy for the company, ensuring that AI and SaaS solutions are effectively aligned with business objectives and market needs.
AI Strategy & Execution: Define and drive the AI roadmap, including the integration of advanced machine learning models, NLP, and other AI technologies into our platform.
Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing technology team, including engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists.
Product Architecture: Oversee the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance SaaS architectures that support a rapidly growing user base.
Innovation & R&D: Foster a culture of innovation, continuously exploring and adopting new AI techniques, tools, and frameworks to stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaboration with Executive Team: Work closely with the CEO, product managers, and other stakeholders to align technology goals with the company's business vision.
Scalability & Security: Ensure that all technology solutions are secure, scalable, and capable of handling large volumes of data and user traffic.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably as a CTO or Head of Technology in a B2B SaaS or AI-driven company.
Strong background in building and scaling AI-powered solutions, with hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and/or natural language processing.
Proven track record of leading engineering teams, managing product development, and executing complex technical strategies.
Technical Expertise:
Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Strong experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and building scalable, secure SaaS applications.
Familiarity with modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps) and best practices.
Experience in data architecture, handling large-scale data sets, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Excellent knowledge of system integration, performance optimization, and API design.
Leadership Skills:
Ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in managing and allocating resources for product development and R&D.
Languages:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Location & Relocation:
Flexible Location: This role can be remote or onsite, depending on the candidate’s preference.
Relocation: Support for relocation is available if needed.
