Role Overview:
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for leading the company's technological
vision and strategy, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. This role
involves overseeing the development and implementation of technology solutions, managing
technical teams, and driving innovation to maintain a competitive edge in the IT services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology
roadmap that aligns with Intellier's business objectives and market demands.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage cross‐funcƟonal technical teams, fostering
a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Product Development Oversight: Oversee the planning, development, and delivery of
software solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations.
Infrastructure & Security: Ensure the robustness, scalability, and security of the
company's IT infrastructure, implementing best practices in cybersecurity and data
protection.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, clients, and
stakeholders to understand technological needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
Innovation & Research: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends,
evaluating their potential impact and integrating relevant advancements into the
company's offerings
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the IT industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership
role overseeing technology strategy and implementation.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development, system
architecture, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams, with excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing technology
strategies that drive business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM plaƞorms, and other enterprise
solutions relevant to Intellier's service offerings.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management, cloud services, or
cybersecurity are a plus
