Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and expand strategic accounts in Peru, focusing on mining and other confined-space industries.
Identify and generate new business opportunities and strategic accounts to increase the company's market share.
Position the company as a leading provider of communication solutions for critical environments.
Design and execute a sales strategy and market entry plan for the Peruvian market.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in mining and related industries.
Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity identification to closing deals.
Identify opportunities for high-margin solutions and strategic projects.
Coordinate with technical teams to organize site visits, pilot projects, and technical validations.
Prepare and present tailored sales proposals aligned with client needs and project requirements.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients and manage follow-ups to ensure successful deal closure.
Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and demand forecasts.
Develop and maintain a network of strategic partners and industry contacts.
Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report results to Sales Management.
Job requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in mining, industrial technology, telecommunications, or related sectors.
Strong understanding of the mining industry and critical infrastructure environments is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop new markets and build strategic relationships with decision-makers.
Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market opportunities and identify high-value solution sales.
Experience working with technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
Highly self-motivated with a results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
Willingness to travel within Peru to meet clients and develop the market.
