Job description

At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Back-End Developer to join one of our clients' teams. This is a part-time, remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance back-end services and APIs.

  • Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver new features.

  • Write clean, testable code and ensure the security and integrity of data.

  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of professional experience in back-end development.

  • Strong proficiency in at least one back-end language/framework (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, PHP/Laravel, Ruby on Rails, Java/Spring).

  • Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs or GraphQL.

  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure data handling.

  • Comfortable with Git and version control best practices.

  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).

  • Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

  • Understanding of agile methodologies.
