At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking an Audit Supervisor to join one of our clients' teams in Nicosia, Cyprus. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Responsible for managing a portfolio of audit clients

•    Planning, execution and completion of statutory audit engagements

•    Preparation of audit working papers and audit files in accordance with ISAs

•    Performing audit testing, substantive procedures, analytical reviews and risk assessments

•    Review of trial balances, ledgers, financial statements and supporting documentation

•    Identification of audit, accounting and internal control issues

•    Direct communication with clients and maintaining a good relationship

•    Supervision and guidance of junior team members

•    Coordination with the accounting and reporting teams where required

•    Ensuring that audit engagements are completed efficiently and within deadlines

•    Delivering high-quality services to clients

•    Any ad-hoc tasks that may be requested

Job requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

•    Qualified or partly qualified accountant/auditor, ACA/ACCA/CPA

•    Minimum 3–5 years of relevant audit experience

•    University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or other related field

•    Strong knowledge of International Standards on Auditing

•    Strong knowledge of IFRSs

•    Good knowledge of Cyprus statutory audit requirements

•    Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both written and spoken

•    IT literacy with sound knowledge of Excel/Word and audit/accounting software

•    Ability to prepare audit files with limited supervision

•    Strong problem-solving and critical thinking

•    Attention to detail and delivery of quality services

•    Experienced in working under pressure with established deadlines

•    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

•    Professionalism, work ethic, self-motivation and team spirit

•    Positive can-do attitude and highly committed personality
