AJO Specialist (Adobe Journey Optimizer) to join one of our clients' teams. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in a innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities

●       Configure and manage multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, push, in-app).

●       Design and implement real-time triggers for orchestration.

●       Integrate RT-CDP audiences into AJO workflows.

●       Configure offer decisioning, branching, and personalization rules.

●       Conduct QA and testing of journeys before launch.

●       Monitor live journeys and optimize based on performance.

Job requirements

Skills & Qualifications

●       Deep knowledge of Adobe AJO and real-time orchestration.

●       Experience in journey design and cross-channel campaign execution.

●       Familiarity with RT-CDP audience segmentation and activation.

●       Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills.
