Job description

About TechBiz Global

At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking an AI Product Designer to join one of our clients' teams.

Mission

We’re looking for someone bold enough to imagine how AI and humans collaborate, and who’s ready to shape product from the ground up. A curious mind that can take the complex, data-dense world of tax and accounting and transform it into an experience that is intuitive, elegant, and trustworthy.

In order to manage all of it, you need to:

  • Be fast – research, iterate, experiment, and deliver new ideas at high speed, using the latest AI tooling

  • Be bold – challenge conventions and reimagine how humans and software collaborate

  • Be holistic - Own the full user journey and design every touchpoint, end-to-end

  • Be collaborative - work closely with engineering and producs

Job requirements

Core responsibilities

You will design new generation interaction by mapping user journeys through complicated systems, and design user experience that clarify and assist.
You will define conversational flows for AI agents and build concepts for different interactions.
You will have access to key users, running experiments and observing legacy systems.

Preferred Experience

We are open! We don’t care where you come from (company, title) , but you should have:

  • Shipped digital products before – doesn’t matter if it was a SaaS tool, a marketplace, or something niche. You’ve been through the messy, iterative process of building something real that people use.

  • Mastery of the tools – you know your way around modern design environments and AI-enhanced workflows, and can prototype, test, and iterate without waiting on others.

  •  Product sense – you think in systems, understand how things are built, and obsess over what makes a product not just functional, but delightful. You’re not here to decorate screens — you’re here to build experiences.

What we avoid

  • Process-freaks - Candidates who identify themselves with being able to run big workshops, design thinking frameworks, etc. —> We are looking for hands-on people that understand how to work tactically.

  • “What is my budget” -  People who give off the big-corporate vibes by asking for how many people they can hire, what’s their testing budget, etc. —> Not because these are necessarily bad questions but because they are often asked with the intent of not being hands-on.

  • No opinion/experience on AI - If by now a designer hasn’t used any UX/UI tools driven by AI, or does not have an opinion on what the role of a designer will be in the near future, something is off.

  • Remote lifestyle -  People who emphasize their need for own space, working from home, etc. —> We’ve observed that this doesn’t fit to what we currently need.

What makes you special

  • Opinionated -  People with their own opinion on how the future will look like and have a clear perspective on how AI will shape the world.

  • Proactive -  People who proactively take the whiteboard, prepare more than a usual candidate before meetings, do research about us and the competition

  • Energy-bringer -  People who can own the whiteboard, energize us with their positive attitude

  • Hard-working: People who understand that they will have to work hard here.

  • Results-driven - People who pride themselves in achieving outcomes and not in driving outputs
