Responsibilities

  • Solution Design:
    • Architect and deploy complex technology solutions, particularly in data and analytics.
    • Identify business process improvement opportunities through customer needs assessment.
    • Develop solution maps with partners to address client needs.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Drive digital transformation agendas and strategies with clients.
    • Present assessment findings to validate sales opportunities and advance sales.
  • Sales Support:
    • Respond to RFI and RFP components to validate decision criteria.
    • Deliver functional solution demonstrations to meet client needs.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work with account teams to support lead generation and sales efforts.
    • Build and maintain a network to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Financial Management:
    • Recommend budgets and monitor financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Motivate the team and participate in change initiatives reflecting best practices.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental policies.
    • Prepare MIS statements and reports to meet departmental needs.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, social science, business, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical product management, sales, or engineering, including industry line-of-business experience.
  • 7–10 years in complex operational roles within a digital function.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia preferred.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams and customer organizations.
  • Ability to validate customer problems and provide insights.
  • Strong understanding of data, analytics, AI, UX, and CI-CD/DevOps.
  • Knowledge of industry and business processes with the ability to engage at multiple levels (C-level, functional, technical).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Leadership qualities and experience in digital transformation projects.
  • Skills in enterprise architecture, IT portfolio optimization, and change management.
  • Strategic thinking, drive for excellence, and customer orientation.
  • Teamwork, credibility building, and adaptability.
