Job requirements

  • You drive revenue growth in the German OTT market by actively developing new business , building strategic partnerships , and maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • You will develop and implement a clear go-to-market strategy for streaming platforms and OTT technologies – from lead generation to successful closing.

  • You identify, contact and manage key decision-makers at telecommunications companies, ISPs, broadcasters, platform operators and energy suppliers.

  • You use your existing network of relevant market players in the media and telco environment to unlock new business opportunities and efficiently manage complex sales cycles.

  • You will work closely with product, technology and management teams to develop tailored solutions and optimally address technical, regulatory and commercial requirements.

  • You observe market and competitive developments, recognize trends early on, and derive concrete opportunities for further growth from them.

  • You provide valuable recommendations on how we can increase our competitiveness and optimize our product offerings.

  • You will represent our company at industry trade fairs, conferences and other relevant events.

Your skills and experience that impress us:

  • You bring in-depth industry expertise in the OTT environment and are familiar with OTT delivery solutions such as CMP, CDN and DRM not only from presentations, but from real customer projects.

  • You are familiar with the formal procurement and tendering processes of large telecommunications companies and public broadcasting corporations – and know how to navigate complex RfPs strategically and successfully.

  • You have a robust network of technical and commercial decision -makers at media and telecommunications companies in Germany (Deutsche Telekom/MagentaTV, Sky, 1&1, ARD/ZDF) as well as regional network operators – and you actively use these relationships for business development.

  • You communicate fluently in German at a native speaker level and possess professional English skills to confidently navigate international teams and projects.

  • You bring solid experience with B2B business models (platform licensing, white-label apps, bundle integration) and references from your completed sales successes in the media and TELCO environment.

  • More than 10 years of sales and industry experience in the field of streaming platforms, video transmission or pay-TV solutions round off your profile.
