About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior B2B Sales Specialist to drive business growth in the GCC market. This role requires a strategic sales professional with a proven track record of selling complex solutions, building strong client relationships, and delivering results in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies targeting B2B clients across the GCC region.
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the full sales cycle.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with key decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
Provide market insights and feedback to support business growth and strategy development.
Job requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in GCC markets.
Senior-level sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in at least one of the following languages is required: French, Arabic, Italian, or Chinese.
Strong understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience selling tech solutions, professional services, or high-value products.
Strong network in the GCC business community.
