About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior B2B Sales Specialist to drive business growth in the GCC market. This role requires a strategic sales professional with a proven track record of selling complex solutions, building strong client relationships, and delivering results in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting B2B clients across the GCC region.

  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the full sales cycle.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.

  • Provide market insights and feedback to support business growth and strategy development.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in GCC markets.

  • Senior-level sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in at least one of the following languages is required: French, Arabic, Italian, or Chinese.

  • Strong understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Experience selling tech solutions, professional services, or high-value products.

Strong network in the GCC business community.
