As a consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP HCM and Payroll solutions for our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful integration of these systems to meet our clients' business needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Implementing and configuring SAP HCM and Payroll modules

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for SAP systems

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and customize solutions

  • Training end-users on SAP functionalities

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Job requirements

  • Proven 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP HCM and Payroll modules

  • Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll processes and configurations

  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide suitable solutions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in conducting end-user training and support

  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
