At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join one of our clients' teams. Job requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and connect with decision-makers across CRE and AEC marketing and creative teams.

  • Qualify target accounts by identifying their pain points, needs, and potential for long-term engagement.

  • Position the client as a creative partner, not a vendor—emphasizing our strategic impact, design excellence, and cost-efficiency.

  • Build and manage your sales pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting and relationship nurturing.

  • Leverage a world-class sales tech stack including HubSpot, Apollo, Sendspark (video prospecting), and Sales Navigator to identify and convert accounts.

  • Earn competitive commissions for every closed deal—no cap.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in creative, SaaS, or marketing industries.

  • Proven track record of high performance in sales or business development, particularly in non-transactional sales where understanding complex business needs and tailoring solutions is key.

  • Experience engaging enterprise-level clients in complex, relationship-driven environments.

  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to confidently engage and present to senior executives across multiple channels.

  • Deep understanding of outbound sales techniques, including how to engage unresponsive prospects and convert them into high-value opportunities.

  • Self-starter mindset and no earning cap.

  • Experience working with Hubspot, Apollo, Sendspark, and Sales Navigator (or a strong willingness to learn).
