Your tasks:
Act as a contact person and consultant for our customers
Independent preparation and execution of customer visits
Acquisition of contracts for our services with a focus on "hazardous waste" and industrial disposal/industrial services
Development of needs-based offers as well as processing of tenders
Independent negotiation of prices within defined guidelines
Project management including follow-up
Preparation of evaluations and documents
Job requirements
Technical, chemical, or commercial training with several years of sales experience
Ideally, experience in the waste management industry, especially with hazardous waste
Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel, primarily in the Berlin-Brandenburg sales area
Independent work style with entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking
Technical understanding, organizational skills, and empathy
Proficiency in common Office programs
Class B driver’s license
