At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Sales & Partnership Manager to join one of our clients' teams. As a Sales & Partnership Manager, you play a decisive role in the next growth phase in a new, strategic and at the same time hands-on position.
The role is ideal for a hungry, solution-oriented personality who takes responsibility, actively generates revenue and independently drives projects forward.
Responsibilities:

  • You expand the customer base and the project pipeline through the proactive identification and acquisition of strategically relevant opportunities.

  • You are responsible for the entire sales process from inbound qualification through sales calls and proposal creation to negotiation, closing and handover to the project teams.

  • You ensure daily sales operations and optimize existing structures as well as scalable frameworks.

  • You lead the partnership strategy and implement it together with important partners such as Braze, MoEngage, Adjust or Appsflyer.

  • You analyze existing workflows and develop more efficient processes for prospecting, qualification, follow-ups, reporting, deal flow and documentation.

  • You represent the company at app trade fairs and relevant industry events.

  • You take responsibility for the CRM (HubSpot), ensure a high data quality and develop automations as well as a reliable funnel.

  • You work closely with the marketing team to synchronize sales and marketing strategies and strengthen lead generation.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and in managing partnerships.

  • Experience in mobile marketing, in mobile app technology or mobile martech, or you bring a strong background in the sales of B2B marketing services.

  • Deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem and a strong interest in apps.

  • Strong in acquiring customers, closing deals and independently managing the entire sales lifecycle.

  • You bring an analytical and commercial way of thinking and have experience in driving revenue growth together with other teams.

  • Experience with HubSpot or are able to quickly familiarize yourself and efficiently build processes as well as automations.

  • You work independently, responsibly and with a clear hands-on mindset.

  • You operate confidently at the intersection between marketing, consulting and leadership.

  • You are a proactive, communicative personality who likes to contribute ideas and work in a collaborative environment.

  • You speak German and English fluently and can communicate confidently with international teams and clients.
