Sales Manager

At TechBiz Global we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our client’s team.

Our client is an international aviation technology company that is expanding its presence in the Polish market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, acquiring B2B customers, managing the full sales cycle, and growing relationships with existing clients.

Your responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of client’s products and the airline ticket distribution industry.

• Identify and research potential clients in the Polish market.

• Proactively reach out to travel agencies, initiate conversations, and schedule product demos.

• Build and manage your sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signing.

• Work with email sequences and handle objections.

• Onboard new clients and help them start using the product.

• Encourage clients to use the platform actively and increase their booking volumes.

• Upsell current partners to connect new channels and use other client’s products.

• 2+ years of B2B outbound sales experience — this is essential.

• Relevant experience in at least one of the following areas:

• B2B outbound sales of digital products, such as SaaS, CRM, or other technology solutions;

• B2B outbound sales in the aviation ticketing industry;

• Sales of GDS solutions, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.

• Fluency in Polish and English: You can confidently communicate with clients in both languages, verbally and in writing.

• Based in Warsaw: You currently live in Warsaw and are available for in-person client meetings and industry events.

• Strong ownership mentality: You take responsibility for your leads, decisions, and sales results. You focus on achieving the final outcome rather than simply completing tasks.

• Active and high-energy: You are easy to talk to, build rapport quickly, and bring positive, confident energy into every interaction.

• Fast learner and self-educator: You quickly deep dive into new topics, independently search for answers, and adapt fast in complex environments.

• Highly responsible and disciplined: You can take responsibility and pay attention to detail.

• Communicative and empathetic: You can deeply understand the problems each client is facing and address them with a personalized approach.

Optional

• Hands-on experience in the aviation or travel industry:

• Familiarity with NDC, GDS, OTAs, airline ticketing, travel agencies, or GDS platforms will help you get up to speed faster.
