Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell trading academy courses and programs to prospective clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
Conduct consultations (in-person, phone, or online) to understand client needs and recommend suitable programs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns.
Stay updated with trading and financial market trends to better engage with clients.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, banking, or related industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – soft-spoken and customer-friendly approach is a must.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Passion for financial markets and a keen interest in trading/financial education.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
