Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell trading academy courses and programs to prospective clients. 
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service. 
- Conduct consultations (in-person, phone, or online) to understand client needs and recommend suitable programs. 
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 
- Handle client queries and concerns promptly and professionally. 
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems. 
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns. 
- Stay updated with trading and financial market trends to better engage with clients. 
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 
- Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, banking, or related industries. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – soft-spoken and customer-friendly approach is a must. 
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. 
- Passion for financial markets and a keen interest in trading/financial education. 
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. 
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
