Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow customer accounts, generating new business to support company growth.

  • Conduct sales calls, prepare quotes, and close deals effectively.

  • Handle tenders and government contracts with focus on cost and quality.

  • Provide flexible, customer-focused technology solutions across all product lines.

  • Prepare monthly sales reports and participate in strategic meetings with management.

  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and CRM.

  • Support marketing activities including promotions, presentations, and email campaigns.

  • Monitor market competition and develop strategies accordingly.

  • Analyze inventory and implement stock liquidation when needed.

  • Oversee showroom, depot, logistics, and payment follow-ups.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in IT or technology sectors (ATM, copiers, cabling, security).

  • Proven ability to acquire and manage customer accounts with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.

  • Experience preparing quotations, closing sales, and managing post-sale customer follow-up including payments.

  • Knowledge of tenders, government contracts, and procurement processes is preferred.

  • Strong skills in creating presentations and maintaining customer relationships using CRM tools.

  • Experience in marketing support activities such as promotions, email campaigns, and product flyer distribution.

  • Ability to analyze market competition, sales performance, and stock aging for strategic planning.

  • Skilled in generating sales reports, forecasting targets, and participating in business review meetings.

  • Hands-on experience with logistics, stock control, and showroom or depot management.
