Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen, forward and manage phone calls

  • Responsible for the conference rooms setup, coordination and operation

  • Main reception management, tasked with facilitating clients, visitors, suppliers

  • Any other reception related duties assigned.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position

  • Very good verbal and written communication skills, both in Greek and English

  • Very good communication and organizational skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

  • Self-motivated and with a positive attitude.
