Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, forward and manage phone calls
Responsible for the conference rooms setup, coordination and operation
Main reception management, tasked with facilitating clients, visitors, suppliers
Any other reception related duties assigned.
Job requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
Very good verbal and written communication skills, both in Greek and English
Very good communication and organizational skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Self-motivated and with a positive attitude.
