Job description

At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking Project Manager who is responsible for leading complex, high-impact projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies.

  • Reporting: Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to leadership.

  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Job requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

  • Experience: 7+ years of project management experience, including managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.

  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

  • Strong financial acumen for budget management.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).Competencies:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.

  • Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.

  • High adaptability in fast-paced environments.
