Responsibilities

  • Project Management:
    • Oversee and deliver projects using Agile methodology.
    • Report project progress, roadmap, and risks to steering committee members.
    • Implement and manage project communication plans and performance measurement.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Provide guidance and training on Agile best practices and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
    • Conduct project reviews with stakeholders to update on progress and key milestones.
  • Budget and Planning:
    • Prepare budgets based on project scope and manage detailed schedules and work plans.
    • Monitor financial performance against budgets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with product and business owners to maintain the backlog and work plans.
    • Educate stakeholders on Agile, Scrum, and project management principles.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Motivate the team and participate in change initiatives reflecting best practices.
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare MIS reports to meet organizational standards and requirements.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
  • Agile certification (SAFe, Scrum, or similar).
  • 5–10 years in project management, focusing on technology, management, and policy.
  • 3–5 years of experience in the Saudi market.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
  • Proficient in Agile delivery with knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with planning tools such as Confluence and Jira.
  • Understanding of design thinking.
  • Strategic thinking and drive for excellence.
  • Customer orientation and teamwork.
  • Adaptability and credibility building.
