Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our construction technology company. This role requires a forward-thinking individual to lead product development initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure our technology solutions meet the needs of our customers. As a Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally with various teams to bring innovative products to market and optimize product performance through data analytics and continuous improvement. Your work will have a direct impact on the efficiency of construction processes, customer satisfaction, and overall business success.
Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
1. Product Management
Own the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring the alignment of the
product with market needs and the company’s strategic goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineering, sales, and operations, to gather
and prioritize product requirements and deliver solutions that enhance business value.
2. Customer Usage Data Analytics
Use customer data to drive product strategy and improvements, identifying trends and
areas for optimization.
Work closely with the data analytics team to interpret user behavior and refine product
features that enhance customer experience and engagement.
3. Process Standardization
Establish and maintain standardized processes for product development,
implementation, and support to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
Work with different departments to develop best practices that streamline workflows
and improve operational efficiency.
4. Product Design Supervision
Oversee the product design process, ensuring that products are user-centric, innovative,
and aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with the design and development teams to create intuitive and visually
appealing user interfaces and experiences that meet customer needs in the construction
industry.

Job requirements
8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or construction-related industry.
Strong understanding of process standardization, and product development lifecycle.
Experience in overseeing product design and collaborating with design teams to create user-centric solutions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Candidates should have experienced managing product portfolios or projects with a minimum budget or revenue impact of N100 million or more, demonstrating a strong track record of driving significant financial outcomes.
Familiarity with technology audits, product performance evaluation, and continuous improvement strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field, Master’s degree is a plus.
Other certifications in Product Management would be an added advantage.
Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for innovation.
Interest, involvement and experience in Artificial Intelligence will be an added advantage.
