Performance Specialist

At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (primary), Meta, LinkedIn, & TikTok

• Develop campaign strategies, audience targeting structures, and funnel approaches

• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis

• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data and KPIs

• Manage budgets and ensure efficient ad spend across all campaigns

• Create, test, and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing page suggestions

• Track conversions and set up proper tracking systems (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools)

• Run A/B tests across ads, audiences, and campaign elements to improve performance

• Prepare clear performance reports and present insights and recommendations to clients or internal teams

• Communicate with clients regarding campaign performance, updates, and strategic recommendations

• Fulfill SEO campaigns and participate in ongoing SEO training

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. 

• Strong proficiency in both English and Greek, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Russian language proficiency is considered an advantage but is not required.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
