At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking an Payroll Supervisor to join one of our clients' teams in Nicosia, Cyprus. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the end-to-end payroll process for clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full
    compliance with Cyprus labour and payroll legislation

  • Manage payroll delivery for both direct clients and agents/partners, ensuring adherence to
    agreed deadlines and quality standards

  • Process and review monthly payroll, payments, statutory submissions, and year-end reporting

  • Prepare payroll reports for the management information as per MIS reporting requirements

  • Act as a key contact for payroll and labour-related queries, providing advisory support to clients
    and partners

  • Liaise with Income Tax Authorities, Social Insurance, external auditors, corporate administrators,
    and other authorities when needed

  • Ensure proper filing and maintenance of payroll and employment-related documentation

  • Plan, assign, and review the team’s work, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency

  • Lead, mentor, and develop payroll team members through performance management and
    ongoing training

  • Prepare and monitor the department budget in line with management guidelines

  • Review payroll processes and controls, identifying improvements and efficiency opportunities

Job requirements

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 4+ years of experience in payroll, including a supervisory or senior role

  • Strong knowledge of Cyprus payroll and labour legislation, including Social Insurance and
    Income Tax

  • Experience managing payroll for multiple clients

  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and supervise team output

  • Strong communication skills with clients, partners, and authorities

  • Fluency in both English and Greek language
