At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Payments Acquiring Support Analyst to join one of our clients' teams. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and act as their primary point of contact.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for change requests and enhancements.

  • Coordinate solution delivery activities, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and release management.

  • Support solution configuration, validation, and implementation activities.

  • Manage production incidents, service requests, and operational escalations while ensuring SLA compliance.

  • Monitor issue resolution progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Work closely with Delivery, Technical, QA, and Support teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Participate in root cause analysis and drive continuous service improvement initiatives.

  • Support clients during implementation, go-live, and Business As Usual (BAU) operations.

  • Assist with training, knowledge transfer, and mentoring activities where required.

  • Participate in a 24/7 operational support roster, including occasional shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Provide support for merchant acquiring services including:

    Payment gateways and transaction routing

    POS terminal and merchant integration issues

Job requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the card payments industry.

  • Experience in Business Analysis, Production Support, Service Delivery, or Client Support within a payments environment.

  • Strong understanding of card payment systems, transaction processing, and payment operations.

  • Experience gathering business requirements and coordinating change requests.

  • Experience supporting production incidents, service requests, and operational escalations.

  • Good understanding of testing processes, UAT, and release management.

  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to facilitate remote and face-to-face client meetings.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
