Job Title: Office Manager
Location: On-site, Paphos, Cyprus
Employment Type: Full-time
Languages Required: Fluent Russian and English
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a similar role
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations

  • Maintain and update office records and databases

  • Handle correspondence in both Russian and English

  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed

  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and organized

  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings

Job requirements

  • Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Energetic and proactive attitude
