At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio.
We’re looking for a client strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and scale one of our client’s B2B marketing efforts. This role spans go-to-market strategy, content and campaign creation, and digital marketing—offering the opportunity to grow into a Head of Marketing role.
Key Responsibilities :
Go-to-Market & Growth
Launch new products and lead beta program promotions.
Align messaging across marketing, sales, and product teams.
Content & CampaignsOwn the content calendar: case studies, social posts, newsletters, webinars.
Drive campaigns targeting engineers, infrastructure operators, and consultants.
Lead messaging and outreach on LinkedIn and cold channels.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
Manage website, SEO/SEM, and paid ad strategies.
Automate lead generation and onboarding using modern tools.
Track and optimize campaign performance through analytics platforms.
Brand & Community
Build brand authority in structural health monitoring and digital infrastructure.
Engage with early adopters and organize webinars and virtual events.
Job requirements
Experience & Skills
4+ years in B2B marketing (SaaS, engineering tech, or infrastructure preferred).
Strong writing and storytelling skills.
Experience with HubSpot, Webflow/WordPress, Google Analytics, Canva/Figma, and LinkedIn Ads.
Mindset & Culture Fit
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, proactive approach.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Fluent in English and Italian (other languages a plus).
