Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our team. You will monitor market and aviation trends, analyze marketing and loyalty data, measure campaign impact, and provide actionable insights to support business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with marketing knowledge and can translate data into strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor economic and aviation market trends (flight delays, cancellations, airline performance) and compare them with internal data.

  • Monitor and forecast marketing trends; highlight opportunities for new campaigns, partnerships, and initiatives.

  • Analyze marketing and loyalty data, measure campaign impact, prepare reports, provide data-driven insights (Excel, Qlik, Power BI, etc.), and track results against targets.

  • Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communication programs.

  • Identify customer behaviors, decision-making patterns, and factors influencing trust and brand choice in the legal/aviation compensation sector.

  • Provide recommendations to the marketing and sales team, and support the development of new initiatives aimed at improving customer acquisition and retention.

  • Collaborate with other team members on automated reporting and new data models.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or a related role.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or other data visualization/analytics tools.

  • Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior analysis, and trend monitoring.

  • Experience measuring marketing campaign performance and providing actionable insights.

  • Ability to develop metrics, automated reports, and data models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
