Junior Technical Support Representative (Fintech)

At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to top clients from our portfolio. We are currently looking for a Junior Technical Support Representative to join one of our client’s teams in Singapore.

Our client is a global payment technology company that helps online businesses accept payments from customers worldwide. The company works with more than 1,000 financial institutions and supports both global and local payment methods.

This is a great opportunity for someone with customer or technical support experience who enjoys solving problems, working with clients, and learning more about payment systems and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions through email, Slack, and Skype

• Provide high-quality customer and technical support

• Help merchants with API integrations

• Guide customers through video demonstrations and tutorials

• Build and maintain payment processing environments

• Investigate technical and payment-processing issues

• Identify and document bugs and feature requests

• Communicate with merchants, payment partners, and third parties

• Work closely with technical and operational departments

• Perform manual QA testing of partner integrations

• Make sure customer issues are resolved accurately and on time

• Previous experience in technical support or customer support

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to organize and manage several tasks

• Interest in technology and continuous learning

• Ability to quickly learn new systems and features

• Proactive and responsible attitude

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Experience using tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Trello

• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system

• Good level of English

Experience with payment systems, API integrations, or manual QA testing would be considered an advantage.
