Responsibilities (based on requirements)

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking technical projects from start to finish.

  • Work closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Support Agile processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and progress tracking.

  • Help manage project timelines, tasks, and priorities using tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

  • Communicate project updates clearly to team members and stakeholders.

  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and blockers in a timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

  • Ensure tasks are completed on time while maintaining quality standards.

Job requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in a relevant role

  • Solid technical background

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies is an advantage

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills

  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello is an advantage
