Junior Accountant

What You’ll Do

• Maintain accurate accounting books and records using a modern accounting system for a portfolio of clients (local and international)

• Reconcile bank accounts, debtors, creditors, and ledger balances using automated procedures

• Prepare VAT returns and related tax-related submissions 

• Assist with payroll processing

• Communicate with clients and government authorities when required

 Work with the Future of Accounting

• Gain hands-on experience with modern cloud-based accounting systems

• Work with AI-powered and automated bookkeeping solutions that streamline routine accounting tasks

• Learn how technology, automation, and artificial intelligence are transforming the accounting profession

• Develop valuable digital accounting skills that are increasingly demanded in today's job market

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field 

• LCCI Higher or equivalent qualification is an advantage 

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills 

• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English 

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is an advantage
