We are currently seeking
IT System Administrator to join one of our clients' teams. To manage, maintain, and support our organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stable operation of the organization's computer systems, networks, and servers through maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and computer systems
(Windows, Linux, etc.)
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and optimal efficiency
• Perform regular system backups and recovery operations
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (Active Directory)
• Maintain and monitor network security, firewalls, and antivirus software
• Apply system patches, updates, and configurations as needed
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide technical support
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with IT staff and other departments to plan system upgrades and
expansions
• Maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and procedures

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role

  • Strong knowledge of system security, LAN/WAN networks, and infrastructure components

  • Experience with virtualization (e.g., Xen)

  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus

  • Industry certifications preferred (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, Cisco CCNA)

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to system management

  • Proficiency in English communication (written and spoken).
