Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure issues

  • Set up and maintain user devices, accounts, and access controls

  • Administer systems including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Google Firebase

  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, backups, and patching

  • Document support procedures, system changes, and asset inventory

  • Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and compliance initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms

  • Experience with helpdesk tools, remote support, and basic networking

  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure) and system administration

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and escalate when needed
