We are seeking an experienced IT & Security Manager to oversee internal IT operations, strengthen

cybersecurity posture, support cloud infrastructure, and contribute to the company’s readiness for

future audit and compliance requirements. This role is critical for ensuring a secure, stable, and scalable

technology environment that supports both employees and customer-facing services.

To provide clarity and alignment with organizational needs, the responsibilities are grouped into three

core areas:

1. IT Operations Management

• Configure, manage, and monitor the office network, server room, switches, firewalls, and end-user devices.

• Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments, including user lifecycle management and migration projects.

• Lead the transition from BYOD to company-issued devices, strengthening endpoint consistency and security.

• Provide hands-on IT support to employees and assist customers when necessary.

• Manage office hardware, including laptops, printers, conferencing systems, video wall, and critical operational equipment.

• Oversee vendor relationships, IT procurement, asset management, and licensing to control costs and ensure compliance.

• Develop IT documentation, SOPs, and support resources for internal users.

2. Security & Compliance

• Maintain ISO 27001 compliance using the Vanta platform; update policies, track evidence, and support internal audits.

• Deploy, maintain, and monitor endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions and related cybersecurity tools.
• Manage access control systems, MFA, account provisioning, and security configurations across cloud and SaaS platforms.

• Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

• Support ITGC readiness for future SOC 2 / SOX or audit activities by helping document processes, collect evidence, and partner with internal and external auditors as needed.

• Participate in risk assessments and help mature the company’s IT and security governance practices.

3. Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Support

• Manage and optimize Azure/AWS infrastructure and cloud storage for scalability, cost efficiency, and reliability.

• Support engineering and operations teams by providing cloud solutions for customer-facing products and internal services. • Monitor cloud performance, cost trends, and usage patterns, providing regular reporting and recommendations to leadership.

• Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems to improve platform observability and security.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of IT management or administration experience in a hybrid environment.

• Strong background in network configuration, troubleshooting, and administration (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls).

• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or equivalent).

• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar compliance frameworks;

• experience with Vanta is a plus.

• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, EDR tools, identity management, and secure configurations.

• Experience with backup, DR, and business continuity strategies.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with ITGC/SOC 2/SOX readiness is a plus but not required.
