Industry Account Executive

At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking an Industry Account Executive to join one of our clients’ teams - a leading Industrial AI company.

The role will primarily focus on customers within Oil & Gas, Utilities, Power Generation, Transportation, and other industrial sectors, with significant involvement in supporting business development activities in Saudi Arabia.

You will report to the Vice President of Strategic Sales and work closely with the Saudi Enterprise Sales Manager to build a strong pipeline, manage consultative sales processes, and position the company’s Industrial AI platform with regional decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead outbound business development activities across prospective customers in the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within Oil & Gas, Utilities, Power Generation, Transportation, and related industrial sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders.

• Coordinate strategic meetings, executive briefings, product presentations, and follow-up activities.

• Travel regularly to Saudi Arabia, approximately 30–50% of the time, to support local account development and customer engagement.

• Work closely with the Saudi Enterprise Sales Manager on in-country sales activities.

• Leverage established channel partnerships and regional go-to-market strategies to expand the sales pipeline.

• Build compelling business cases focused on operational improvement, asset optimization, production efficiency, reliability, and cost reduction.

• Understand and clearly communicate the company’s Industrial AI platform, value proposition, and industry use cases.

• Manage consultative and potentially complex enterprise sales cycles from initial contact through commercial discussions.

• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and pipeline information in Salesforce and HubSpot.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and forward-deployed engineering teams throughout the sales process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing sales, account management, or business development.

• Experience selling into Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Power Generation, or other industrial sectors is strongly preferred.

• Strong enterprise technology, SaaS, AI, or software sales experience may also be considered.

• Experience managing consultative B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

• Confidence engaging senior operational leaders, technical stakeholders, and executive decision-makers.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Fluent English is required.

• Arabic language skills are highly preferred.

• Based in, or willing to relocate to, the UAE, Bahrain, or another suitable GCC location.

• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30–50% of the time, primarily to Saudi Arabia.

• Valid passport and ability to obtain the required visas and regional travel documentation.
  

Nice to Have

• Existing professional network within regional Oil & Gas or Energy companies.

• Previous experience selling AI, analytics, asset performance management, digital twins, predictive maintenance, or industrial software solutions.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot.

• Experience working with channel partners or regional system integrators.

• Understanding of industrial operations, asset reliability, production optimization, or autonomous operations.
